thanks to everyone who came to the show tonight... it was small but it was a lot of fun.
anoetic is currently working on recording some new material... we can't really afford to go to a studio at the current
time... but we're recording onto a laptop right now... and so far it's turning out pretty good. as long as we don't think
it sounds too bad... we'll put it on a cd, though we'll probably post some of it online beforehand for you to listen to.
we also have two more shows comming up this week... both happen to be battle of the bands, so please come support us this
thursday, at sports world and friday, at festival place.

hello. so we didn't win the battle of the bands thingy, but it was still fun. this month we'll be playing some shows near
the end of the month... probably another battle of the bands, we'll try to keep everyone posted. we really want to record
some new stuff and might just do it ourselves, and we're hoping it'll be ready before our next show, in which we'll be playing
some more new songs that are currently being finished. so keep checking our "shows" section for information and
stuff.

please come support anoetic, sunday, may 29th, at the winspear centre. this show is the finals for the battle of the bands
that took place may 28th at churchill square. there's 4 bands that made it to the finals, and our set is first, starting at
1pm. i believe the sets are about 20 mins. i think the prizes are: 2nd place, $700, and 1st place, 2 days (16hrs) recording
time in a studio and $200. i'm pretty sure it's free to get in too, but not 100% sure, though they didn't say it cost anything.
so please come support anoetic, and bring as many people as you can to help us out. thank you.

we've just been informed that the show at ruckus next month is being once again postponed and will now be taking place
june 26th instead of the 18th.

just a reminder to come support the millwoods youth council by comming to see anoetic and many other bands this saturday
at the queen alex hall. also we've just been added to a battle of the bands also taking place this saturday, between 12pm
and 5pm at sir winston churchill square. sets will be 12-15 minutes and 4 finalist play again sunday at the winspear centre.
the winner gets two days in a recording studio, so please come and support us. thanks.

we've just been informed that the show at ruckus next month is being pushed back a week to june 19th because of renovations
due to flooding problems after the fire.

upon the gallant return of ryan and amy from the vast land of "band camp," we have found ourselves involved
in a show on saturday, april 23rd (next saturday) at the shark tank. go to shows for details, it'll be a blast and a half, i expect to see all of you there. yes, you, and your little friend too. thanks,

just to let everyone know, we'll be playing at this year's 13th annual carnival of shrieking youth emerging
artists festival's live & loud III, running may 5th - may 8th at the timms centre for the arts second stage at the
u of a campus. we'll be performing on the first day, thursday, may 5th, with a bunch of other really good bands. check out
our shows section for more details and updates for this event.
